At Crickhowell Town Council, our role is to ensure the well-being of our town. We look after the Castle Park and the playground equipment, as well as the cemetery and various other assets in the town, such as the Market Hall clock. Town Council
The Town Council's largest assets are the Toilets, Castle Grounds and Cemetery. We are responsible for ensuring they are safe, accessible and user-friendly. If you experience any of the following relating to these places please do report them immediately to the Clerk on crickhowelltowncouncil@gmail.com:
- Vandalism or damage to toilets, basins or the toilets building
- Vandalism or damage to recreation equipment
- Vandalism or damage to benches, gates and walls
- Vandalism or damage to noticeboards, bins and other smaller equipment
- Accessibility issues on pathways, entrance ways or other accessibility issues
- Signage relating to any Town Council assets
Powys
Police
From 01 April 2011, Powys County Council has taken on responsibility for enforcing parking restrictions on the County and Trunk Roads. Whilst Dyfed-Powys Police ceased employing traffic wardens, they still retain powers to deal with matters such as obstruction and dangerous parking.
